It can begin now. It can be frustrating to see “two years experience required” on every job posting for entry level positions. And going into a strictly commission role is hard for a new graduate.
At Capital Financial Group, all you need are drive, determination, and the belief that what is possible is achievable. Your energy and positive attitude can take you a long way toward success. If you have a desire to help others, competitive spirit, desire to own your own business, self-discipline, and trustworthiness, this is a good start to your career.
Build your experience and begin your career.
Never punch a time clock.
Be in control of your potential.
A team and resources behind you.
Recent graduates have two opportunities for you to build your experience and start your career: as a new career agent or as a Sales Support Associate.
As a new career agent, Capital Financial Group understands that it may take time for a new career agent to build a business and develop a steady income stream. In the interim, the solution for many new agents is an agent financing plan.
Agent financing plans are subsidy-based programs for career changers and inexperienced agents. In addition to the subsidy, agents continue to be paid commissions as earned.
Or, you have the opportunity as a Sales Support Associate to enter the financial services field on salary, rather than performance-based compensation. This allows you to establish yourself in the industry, gain financial stability, and learn more about a career in financial services.
Sales Support Associates provide administrative support for our year first through third year agents and allows the you to learn our business from the inside-out, and ultimately go on to a successful career as a Financial Services Representative with Capital Financial Group within 12-18 months. This position is located at our headquarters in Greater Nashville.
YOUR CAREER AS A SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE CALL LEAD TO YOUR CAREER AS A FINANCIAL ADVISOR.
If you’ve ever dreamed of starting your own venture, but didn’t think it was possible straight out of college, this is an opportunity where you can feel that satisfaction now, while you learn the business with all the support and experience of a Capital Financial Group behind you.

Having the opportunity to meet new people and be able to provide them with the help they need to reach their financial goals and dreams is a privilege. As a new agent, CFG provides a training program has been great in giving me the knowledge I need to help people reach their financial goals and dreams. The people in this company are what make it great and there is no shortage of great managers and advisors who are willing to help younger advisors like myself get started and be successful. IS THIS CAREER FOR ME?
Pursing a career as a full time Financial Services Representative is different from a typical office job – this career gives you flexibility, rather than the need to punch a time clock. You’ll become a part of a team and have mentors to guide and help you develop your skills and knowledge, while being able to work independently, too.
As a financial advisor, you’ll be impacting lives. While it’s a big responsibility, you’ll see the fruits of your efforts: whenever a spouse is able to maintain a standard of living after an unforeseen incident, a child is able to attend college because his or her parents took proactive steps to save for it, or a couple retires comfortably and securely.

So, what’s the compensation like?
The good news is, you decide. You’re in control of compensation and the impact you’re making on your client’s lives. Your income potential is only as limited as your ambition, dedication, and hard work. This career is about long term relational and personal sales, rather than a transactional, low impact solution. Putting in the extra hours at the beginning of your career puts you in a great position to achieve a very satisfying work-life balance later on.
There is no need to “climb a corporate ladder”. You have the ability to earn competitive commissions, incentives and bonuses.
