Capital Financial Group was honored with the award of one of the Top Workplaces in Nashville at a luncheon and ceremony on Thursday June 20th, at the Omni and with an article that ran on June 23rd, 2019 in The Tennessean. Winners were chosen by an independent research firm from 117 workplaces that entered out of 1,279 total workplaces invited to take part in the survey in middle Tennessee. 14,317 surveys were completed and 85 Middle Tennessee companies made one of the 3 winners lists. Capital Financial Group was featured in the Small Business category with steep competition, but emerged with a win for the 3rdyear in a row. Of the winners, eight out of ten of their associates say they want to stay at their current company, with only four out of ten in the remainder of those surveyed.

The surveys conducted showed that believing that the company is heading in the right direction is most important factor for their happiness, followed by feeling appreciated and meaningfulness in their work. Capital Financial Group is proud to win this award three years in a row.
